BB Engineering GmbH

Innovative service provider in the sector of machines and plant construction for more than 15 years now.

The BB Engineering GmbH was founded in 1997 as a joint venture between the Oerlikon Barmag branch of OerlikonTextile GmbH & Co. KG and Brückner Group GmbH. The BB Engineering is a reliable partner in the sector and employs more than 120 members of staff at the company location Remscheid -Lennep.

The services offered range from the design and planning phases through to the implementation of projects. All designs are modeled using our 3D software as a standard procedure.

The VarioFil® spinning plant is, compared to the VarioFil S®, available with more than one extruder.

  • Can be configured to different yarn types (POY, FDY, HTY, LSY, HMY)
  • Suitable for all customary spinning polymers (e.g. PP, PA, PET amongst others)
  • Vertical construction for best yarn quality and productivity
  • Use of high-quality components supplied by Oerlikon Barmag
  • Production capacity of up to 2 x 120 kg/h or 1 x 240 kg/h (one or two extruders)
  • 2 x 6, 2 x 8, 2 x 10, 2 x 2 x 3, 2 x 2 x 6 threads on two or four godets (according to product)

The VarioFil® unit is not limited to using only one material or a particular process. Customised conversion packages allow the unit to be adjusted to the market requirements quickly and at reasonable rates.

The concept of the VarioFil S® spinning plant was developed in order to achive maximum flexibility. VarioFil S® is the ideal production unit for manufacturers that have a wide range of products, small lot numbers or specialised products.

  • Suitable for all customary spinning polymers (e.g. PP, PA, PET amongst others)
  • Vertical construction for best yarn quality and productivity
